Location

Daytona Beach – “The World’s Most Famous Beach” – is located on the northeast coast of Florida and home to around 60,000 residents. The beach attracts a great number of visitors all year round, due to the beautiful white sand beach, the international speedway and the great weather.

The beach is known around the world for its car racing; the hard packed sand allows for vehicles to drive on the sand with no problems – making it the perfect home for a number of historical races. The beach races have since been replaced by the Daytona International Speedway – but you can still park up on specific areas of the beach.

The area enjoys average highs of 91 in the summer and average lows of 48 during the winter months, making it a great place to visit all year round. The beach welcomes over 8 million tourists every year with numbers peaking during spring break and prominent events at the Daytona International Speedway.
